By accessing or using NA Tokens ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NA Tokens, part of Truly Viral LLC. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Changes to Terms
NA Tokens may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the website. Significant changes may also be communicated directly to users when possible.
3. Eligibility and Access
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old.
- If under 18, obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Use the Services solely for lawful and permitted purposes.
4. Registration and Account Use
- An account may be required to access certain features of the Services.
- Each individual may maintain only one account.
- All registration information must be accurate and complete.
- Virtual currency, tokens, or digital assets are non-refundable.
- NA Tokens reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify NA Tokens immediately of any unauthorized account access.
6. Fees, Payments, and Withdrawals
- NA Tokens may charge platform or administrative fees for certain matches or activities.
- Withdrawals may be subject to processing fees and verification requirements.
- Withdrawals typically process within 2–5 business days but may be delayed due to external factors.
- Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud or abuse.
- Payments are handled through trusted third-party payment providers.
7. Games, Results, and Winnings
- Participation amounts will be deducted upon entry into a match.
- Games must start within 30 minutes. If the match has not started, it is marked cancelled and all tokens are refunded.
- Winnings and refunds are credited to user accounts within a reasonable timeframe.
- Winnings are subject to a 5% processing fee. Refunds are exempt from the 5% processing fee.
- NA Tokens reserves the right to review, adjust, or invalidate match results if suspicious activity or rule violations are detected.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.
- Exploiting the platform or its systems.
- Trading digital assets outside the platform without authorization.
- Encouraging others to violate these Terms.
9. Security Measures
NA Tokens implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user accounts and data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Communication and Chat Moderation
NA Tokens may restrict or ban users from chat or communication features for rule violations or inappropriate behavior. Bans may be temporary or permanent and may be appealed at our discretion.
11. Promotions and Offers
Promotions are subject to specific eligibility requirements and terms. NA Tokens may modify, cancel, or disqualify users from promotions if rules are violated.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Private Policy and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and NA Tokens.
